Myself 53 years old male. Having TSH 8 presently. Continuing thyroxine 25. Now blood report shows B12 169 ,vitamin D 25. Esnophil 7.Have spinal problem also like disc prolapse. gastritis problem also.In 2000 cmc gastro dept prescribed Dimol 40 and prothiaden 25. Already dimol left but after taking prothiaden for long I left the same. Now a days for better sleeping I used to take the same. Not regular but sometime. It may be noted that I was also suffering es anxiety and depression. Doctor prescribed medicine for the same but my family doctor stopped to purchase such medicine. He told me that by my activities I may overcome. Myself is a journalist and very much busy in social activities. What medicines I have to take? May I take uprise de 60k?

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment , I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and followup for further guidance
